Sessions are 55 minutes and held online via Zoom.
You can join from a quiet, private space where you feel able to speak freely.


What are your fees?

Standard fee:
1 hr / $150
1.5 hrs / $225

Reduced rate:
1 hr / $120
1.5 hrs / $180

Please choose the fee rate that feels appropriate to you.

Sessions longer than 90 mins are available by arrangement.


What happens in the first session?
We’ll talk about what brings you here, and what feels most important to you at this point in time.
You don’t need to arrive with anything prepared.
The first session is a chance to experience what it feels like to work together, and whether this way of working feels supportive for you.


How often do people come to sessions?
Most people begin with weekly or fortnightly sessions.
Over time, this can be adjusted depending on what feels supportive.


How do I know if this is the right fit?
If you’re looking for a space to explore what happens for you in relationship, at your own pace - this way of working may suit you.
If you’re looking primarily for structured strategies, advice, or a more directive style of therapy, this approach may feel different from what you’re seeking.


Do I need to have a clear idea of what I want to talk about?
No.
We can begin wherever you are, with whatever feels most present.
