Frequently Asked Questions
What happens in a session?
Sessions are a space to slow down and pay attention to what’s happening for you.
We might talk about current situations, relationships, or experiences that feel important. At times, we may also notice what is happening in the moment - how you’re responding, what you’re feeling, and what sits just underneath the surface.
There is no set agenda. We work with what feels most relevant, at a pace that allows things to be properly felt and understood.
Do I need to have something specific to talk about?
No.
You might arrive with something very clear, or you may not.
There is no need to organise your thoughts beforehand. We begin wherever you are, and make sense of things together.
What is your approach, and how do I know if this is the right fit?
My work is relational, attachment-informed, and trauma-aware.
We pay attention not only to what you’re talking about, but to how your experiences have been shaped in relationship - and how those patterns continue to show up in your life.
This tends to suit people who are open to reflecting on their inner experience and willing to engage with the process over time.
Fit matters, and it’s something you can get a sense of in the first session, or in a brief call beforehand.
What are your fees?
