Massage styles & approach
I bring particular experience working with older people, and those recovering from trauma, or living with chronic illness. This experience informs how I approach each session - founded in care, adaptability, and deep respect.
Most sessions are an integration approaches, guided by what your system needs. You're welcome to request a specific massage style, or we can follow what naturally unfolds.
Massage are done either through clothing or towels, or with direct contact on the skin using natural oils and balms. Your body remains fully draped, with only the area being worked on uncovered.
Oncology massage:
A very gentle type of massage that supports the body’s natural healing processes. Oncology massage is safe for people in frail conditions, and is deeply restorative for anyone. It can be offered through clothing, blankets or on skin and works with the lymphatic, fascial and nervous systems, facilitating rest and comfort. This gentle yet profound style is my personal favourite.
Heartworks Lomi Lomi:
A flowing, rhythmic full-body massage rooted in Hawai‘ian lineage. Using long, continuous strokes from feet to head, Lomi Lomi invites spacious reconnection with your body as nature, and evokes the rhythm of wind and water. Breath guides the session, helping to restore fluidity to both body and mind.
Swedish Massage:
A classic, whole-body massage using long strokes, gentle compression, and gliding movements. Swedish massage eases muscular tension, supports circulation, and invites release of tension and a calm, grounded relaxation.
Reconnecting through touch
Massage sessions are a practice of compassionate attention and tending, rather than “treatment”. Sessions are a way to reconnect with a sense of your inner essence and wholeness …beneath the daily pressures we all face.
My approach is grounded, respectful, and shaped by many years of experience in working with the body and nervous system. Each session is guided by careful listening and attunement to what feels most supportive.

60 minute session: $140
90 minute session: $165
On your arrival, we'll have a short conversation about your needs, any health considerations, and your preferences for the session. Following your massage, there’s space to rest and integrate the experience.
I welcome self-funded & plan-funded NDIS clients. Please reach out via my contact form if you’d like to book an NDIS-funded massage appointment.
