Exploring Co-creative Capacity: Part 2

Come along and join the second session in our series of two Authentic Relating sessions exploring: What is attunement between two people, and how can we help create it?

Aspects of building attunement include welcoming ourselves and others as we are, making plenty of space for whatever arises, exploring our edges of vulnerability, as well as using our agency, boundaries and discernment.

Then, we can begin to allow our unique co-creative capacity to express itself. What is it that we become together?

The starting practices in  this series build good foundations from which to organically discover our connection with another. These foundations ground us in our selves, often feel very regulating and create a feeling of safety and respectful pacing towards discovery with another. We learn to release assumptions, projections, agenda or expectations in our interaction.

From there – we can explore our “us-ness” with greater openness and spaciousness.

In this session we’ll share a couple of breakout room practices in dyads or triads, and time together with the whole group. Everyone welcome - You don’t need to have attended the first part in this series. Just bring along your willingness to explore grounded, safety-building ways of exploring our co-creative capacity together.
