Fundamentals of Authentic Relating: Module 5 - Boundaries
This month’s topic is Boundaries – foundational to so many aspects of relating. Such an important and connective topic.
Our boundaries are actually most frequently about creating the conditions in which connections can thrive (rather than creating disconnection!).
Emergent Circle
In this session we will follow a process of coming into presence as a group - and invite what emerges!
Fundamentals of Authentic Relating: Module 4 - Transformative Listening
In this module - Transformative Listening – we take a dive into this deeper skillset of reflective listening.
Emergent Circle
Following on from the “Authenticity Pods” exploration – this session will offer a process of dropping into presence as a group with the intention of allowing what emerges in the space together.
Fundamentals of Authentic Relating: Module 3 - Curiosity
In this session, we’ll be learning how to skilfully bring Curiosity into our relationships.
Curiosity can bring a life force into our conversations, our interactions, and our connections.
The Art of Reflection
In this session we’ll practice the art of reflective listening - slowing down enough to really hear and be heard.
Through partnering exercises, each person will have the chance to share whatever is on their heart or mind, and to receive gentle reflections that validate, create safety, and nurture connection.
Fundamentals of Authentic Relating: Module 2 - Reflective Listening
This simple listening skill is in fact deeply powerful and healing.
And when we become skilled with it, we can easily weave it into our conversations - wonderful for creating a sense of safety, rapport and understanding.
The Art of Vulnerability
In the act of vulnerability, we hold the agency to: make a stand, navigate an important relationship, take a step closer to living in alignment with our values, experience something totally new to us, experience ourselves like never before… and so much more.
It is an empowering act.
Fundamentals of Authentic Relating: Module 1 - Embodied Relating
Embodied Relating is the foundational skill of the whole set of FAR skills and tools.
Solid capacity in Embodied Listening underpins our ability to truly be present and deeply listen - with full acceptance, non-judgement and spaciousness - allowing the other to live and express their essence in full.
Expressing Our Yes
A very important part of our boundary system is being able to say “no” to things we don’t want.
The other, equally important, aspect of this is being able to say “yes” to things we do want.
Are there places in your life where you long to receive an offer or a gift, to enter an experience, to share something with someone - but instead find yourself saying no?
Exploring Co-creative Capacity: Part 2
Come along and join the second session in our series of two Authentic Relating sessions exploring: What is attunement between two people, and how can we help create it?

Relational Presence - Deepening Connection through Listening
Conversations with another can provide us with the space to somehow glow more in our own essence, to feel more connected with our truths, and more connected with the world around us. We can feel that we are enhanced by being with another person.
This quality of listening and relational presence is a wonderful aspect of our humanness that we can offer each other. And yet, it can be quite rare to encounter in our world.
Listening for Standards
In this 75-minute Relating Lab session, we'll create a dedicated space for exploration and refinement in any areas of your standards in life that you want to shine some attention on.

Relating Lab: Boundaries - Working with our “Yes” & “No”
Our awareness of, embodiment of and healthy communication of our “yes” and “no” as we move through the world is also a crucial skill to have, paving the way for healthy, thriving, dynamic relationships of all kinds. Including our relationship with ourselves.
Relating Lab: Boundaries - Healthy Differentiation
A healthy sense of our separateness from others is essential for our ability to respond to others in ways that promote loving connection, creativity, productivity, collaboration, intimacy, conflict resolution, and all the other good things.
Embodied Listening
In this week’s session, we will revisit the foundation of relating ...Embodied Listening.
The practice of Embodied Listening is undoubtably one of our great loves in the area of communication and relating. It’s the base, the platform, that we all rest upon. It is a deep and beautiful ocean underlying us, nourishing us and our relationships.
Vulnerability
To practice and develop the skills of vulnerability is to grow our sense of self and our capacity to be in relationship with the world in a deeply secure and loving way that benefits everyone.
This skill – which can be grown and developed like any other - underpins our ability to have the sorts of relationships we want, maintain healthy boundaries, move in the directions we desire in life, and more.
Desire
Desires grow, and are multi-faceted. It can be beautiful to open the space for them and let the unexpected arise. A rich practice is to regularly check in and make space for our desires as they are felt within us in the moment.
Even more so to be witnessed and held in what arises.
