While in the ER membership, you’ll also receive access to other weekly live sessions, & a library of high quality courses & workshops all designed to develop skills for thriving relationships.

Feel free to reach out to me with any questions, or you can go ahead & join via this link.

Centredness:

In the first Relating Lab session of the year we will explore:

🌪️ What takes us out of our centre, and what brings us into our centredness?

🌱 How does this feel relationally?

This is a gentle authentic relating session, bringing awareness to our inner resources and our capacity to self-regulate. As well as to the sorts of situations that can typically trigger us.

We’ll drop into a solo guided, embodied process of “centring”, followed by a reflective listening practice in pairs. And a group share/debrief space, exploring these practices as a group.

The content of this session will be based on content of the Centred short course.
(Though it is not necessary for you to have looked at the course to join this session.)

All Evolve members are welcome  to come along to this session -  to experience community growth and connection through shared relational exploration, awareness-building and skill-building practices.
