Boundaries are a huge part of our world, affecting every aspect of our being and relating.
Our awareness of, embodiment of and healthy communication of our “yes” and “no” as we move through the world is also a crucial skill to have, paving the way for healthy, thriving, dynamic relationships of all kinds. Including our relationship with ourselves.
Working with our boundary system is an ever-evolving, lifelong process. As we change and our world changes - our boundaries will change and our so will our relationship with our boundaries.
Come along to this session to explore where you are right now with your boundaries, in a judgment-free space. There will be opportunity to gain some awareness, reflect on some of our patterns and try out embodying boundaries of different kinds.
In this class we will do two partner practices, and have the opportunity to share and explore as a group.
