Anna will share simple and powerful Authentic Relating practices to strengthen our skills of Curiosity in this gentle, safely-held class container. The session is fully-facilitated, with whole group and partner practices. Everyone welcome.

Using curiosity in our conversations can:

• shift our perception - very simply and radically opening us into new worlds and new possibilities.

• transform conflict and tension. Using Curiosity involves releasing our judgements, assumptions regarding others’ realities.

• give us access to be able to really enter another’s world ...and to experience the potential that has to expand our own selves. We start to feel the possibility of creation together as a connective force.

• cocoon someone in the most delicious feeling of attention and of the desire to be known.

• create a precious and enlivening thread of connection.

  Curiosity in our relationships is:

• an exciting, energising skillset that can feel incredibly beautiful and intimate.

• a beautiful tool to break open those walls that we can put up between ourselves and others.

• a desire to know another, with courage to be open to the new.

About your facilitator - Anna Jaaniste

With 2.5 decades of experience as a facilitator leading groups into play, discussion and creativity together, Anna has a passion for supporting people into delightful and fruitful interaction with themselves and others. Anna has been practicing Authentic Relating for 10 years and facilitating AR for 5 years. She is a practicing counsellor, somatic therapist and artist.
