In this session we’ll practice the art of reflective listening - slowing down enough to really hear and be heard.
Through partnering exercises, each person will have the chance to share whatever is on their heart or mind, and to receive gentle reflections that validate, create safety, and nurture connection.
Reflective listening not only builds trust and rapport with others; it also helps us consolidate our sense of self and deepen into our own experience in the presence of another.
