Relating Lab: Boundaries - Healthy Differentiation

Boundaries are a huge part of our world, affecting every aspect of our being and relating.

A healthy sense of our separateness from others is essential for our ability to respond to others in ways that promote loving connection, creativity, productivity, collaboration, intimacy, conflict resolution, and all the other good things.

Working with our boundary system is an ever-evolving, lifelong process. As we change and our world changes - our boundaries will change and our so will our relationship with our boundaries.

Come along to these sessions to explore where you are right now with your boundaries, in a judgment-free space. There will be opportunity to gain some awareness, reflect on some of our patterns and try out embodying boundaries of different kinds.

In each class we will do two partner practices and have the opportunity to share and explore as a group.
