In Difference We Find Connection

IN DIFFERENCE WE FIND CONNECTION :: Stabilising in our differentiation to genuinely connect

- Online Workshop -
Thursday 9 November

9.00-11.00am CET / 7.00- 9.00pm AEDT

Cost - $25 AU standard / $20 AU concession

Facilitated by Anna Jaaniste and Nora Silini

In this Authentic Relating class we will be exploring our healthy differentiation from each other as a way to make space for and enhance our diversity, as well as explore our natural processes of connection and growth together.

We will:

• Practice ways to establish a sense of our self as separate to others – connecting with our own senses, perception and experiences.

• Then, practice being with others in our inevitable differences. How can we fully be with, accept and communicate our differences in ways that are respectful and foster diversity?

• The final practice in this class will have us coming together in our difference, with an intention to explore how we connect – where are our points of connection and how can we grow our sense of togetherness?

In this fully-facilitated 1.5 hr class Anna and Nora will lead a guided group practice, followed by two partner practices in break out rooms - and time to debrief and integrate together.

Everyone is welcome to this class – a taster of ways to experience our connections and our differences. A space to play in the relational field and explore safely together.
